Creative Arts Theater Presents: Abiyoyo Puppet Show

Abiyoyo Puppet Show

Join us at the library to watch as a gang of hopeful gold miners from the California Gold Rush of 1849 entertain themselves around the campfire with a spontaneous puppet show of the Pete Seeger story-song, “Abiyoyo.”  Will the magician/musician and his son ever be welcome members of the town?  What will become of the terrible giant, Abiyoyo?

This program is presented by the Creative Arts Theater, Tampa’s resident professional children’s theater company.  Recognized throughout the United States for their work with puppets, the company has performed for more than one million children and their families during the past 40 years.
