Thanksgiving
Thanksgiving is a traditional holiday that celebrates the end of the harvest season. It is held on the fourth Thursday of November. Many families and friends gather a day of thanks as they eat Turkey, stuffing, pumpkin pie, and other foods associated with the holiday. Many people believe the first Thanksgiving celebrated in the United States was by the Pilgrims in 1621. They invited the Native Americans to join them in the feast.
