78th Street Baby Time, Toddler Time & Story Time
The 78th Street Community Library offers three engaging early literacy programs for three different age groups:
Baby Time (for children, ages 0-18 months and their caregivers)
Wednesdays at 10:30AM
Early literacy begins at birth. Bond with your baby through stories, bouncy rhymes and songs in this 20-minute lapsit program that introduces early literacy skills and encourages language development!
Toddler Time (For children ages 18-36 months and their caregivers)
Thursdays at 10:30AM
Stories, fingerplays, songs and interactive activities make up this fun 20-minute program that highlights early literacy skills and encourages reading readiness.
Story Time (For children ages 3-5 and their caregivers)
Wednesdays at 11:00AM
Stories, action rhymes, songs and interactive activities make up this engaging 30-minute program that highlights early literacy skills, and encourages reading readiness and social interaction.

Baby Time
Babies and caregivers enjoyed an interactive, wild animal-themed Baby Time program at the John F. Germany library last Thursday.
Featuring hands-on activities, songs, books, rhymes, bubbles and more, this program is geared toward children from birth to 18 months and their caregivers.
